To Love a Canine Rescue, Inc. is a growing, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, foster-based, all-breed dog rescue located in suburban Philadelphia. We rescue dogs from the euthanasia lists of high-kill shelters, place them with our trained fosters, work with them to get them adoption ready, and ultimately place them in “furever homes” with loving families. Run primarily by volunteers, the organization also serves as a resource for pet owners, school children and the general community to learn about responsible pet ownership including, but not limited to: spay/neuter, dog bite prevention, prevention of mosquito & tick-borne diseases and microchipping as a form of permanent identification. In the 4 years since our inception, we have successfully saved the lives of 1,500+ dogs.
